Time changes everything, even you and I have changed
*Venicethx★

My friends call me Hui Xian, only the superb friends call me that. Due to the chinese pronounce, many people couldn’t read my name properly. So I named myself Venice. I like this name very much. I’m a scorpion, quite typical type one.
I believe everything in this world is beautiful, though the reality is always cruel. Hoping in miracle make your life easier & happier. Dream, only extraordinary people want it, I assume myself is an ordinary people, so I still dream. Dreams helps me to achieve what I want because I believe I can do it one day. Although the reality is pushing me down to the Earth, I still believe in hopes with beautiful dreams.
Photograph is an interesting subject. With a fantastic invention, camera can capture every beautiful moments for people to rewind their memories, especially after many years. Human brain can easily forget small details, but photos can help me to rewind every single details. This is why I like photography. It’s part of me, right now. The more I get to know about photography, the more I fall in love with it.
The rain, the winter spring has made us fade away

Road trip back from the North!
Sunday, 20 February 2011
Aloha! Penang trip for the second day, also the last day. Woke up in the morning & got ready to check out then we headed to Ayer Itam for breakfast! ;)
The tourists claim that Laksa Pasar Ayer Itam is the best laksa in Penang. Of course we must try. Lucky we still managed to the table. It looks normal but seriously it tasted good, not so sour & everything is just enough. I like it.

Enjoyed!
After breakfast, we were heading up to Kek Lok Si Temple. We straight drove up to Guan Yin Statue there & we took the cable car to Kek Lok Si Temple. This was the first time, for almost 15 years. I totally forgot how Kek Lok Si Temple looks like actually.

The huge Guan Yin Statue, still under progress. ;)

View outside the cable car~

Kek Lok Si Temple happening~

The Pagoda
I managed to climb The Pagoda and prayed for every Buddha. I'm so proud of myself because I'm a person who seriously afraid of height. Thanks Hoong for holding me at the top of the Pagoda. Without him, I couldn't do it.

I was on top of the Pagoda!
When I heard people praying in the temple with the music, I didn't know why I feel like crying. I remembered my grandma, I never see her before, but I thought of her when the moment I heard those music. I wanna know the reason but even I can't explain why the tears roaring in my eyes. I'm afraid but I don't know what I am afraid of. Sigh. This is not the first time.
By the way, we headed down from Kek Lok Si Temple in the late afternoon. There was problem with the tire, we need to fix it back before we can go back to Kuala Lumpur. On the way to the city, we couldn't find a tire shop which is still operating. All the shops opened for half day only & we shouldn't stay any longer when we noticed the tire is not doing good. We asked help from Hoong's cousin who stays at Penang. Lucky on the way to the place that he lead us, we found a tire shop. In the end, we need to change a new tire before we went back to Kuala Lumpur. Lucky, we managed to find the shop, if not we need to stay for another night at Sri Sayang Service Apartment again.
I don't like the accommodation actually. I prefer the one that I stayed when I went with my college classmates. Anne Penang Guesthouse, it is far better than the one I stayed in previous night. I just don't like & I think all of us can't give a good rating to the apartment.
It was early evening when I left Penang. We still wanna tried the Ipoh Sprout Bean Chicken Rice. We couldn't decide which shop to go, we went both. The famous one I heard is Lou Wong Chicken Rice, but Hoong said Onn Kee Chicken Rice is better. I still prefer Lou Wong. The chicken is nice & chew-able. For me, Onn Kee is just another normal chicken rice shop in Kuala Lumpur. lol. I didn't take any pictures because I was so busy eating again. hahaha.
I reached home around 11pm. I was so tired & I couldn't talk anymore. This is how my Penang trip end. Penang is just so far, once a while, I like it. I like Melaka more, because it's near & the food is awesome! I'm planing Melaka road trip again. hehe.
